4oz cooked 90/10 ground beef or ground turkey
2 oz cooked white rice
1 oz cooked zucchini
1 oz cooked yellow squash
1⁄4 tsp minced garlic
1⁄2 tsp minced onion
1 tsp minced bell pepper
2 oz tomato puree
1⁄2 tsp fresh basil
½ green pepper
